LAARK News You Can Use

Field Day

The 2022 Field Day is in the books and we had an excellent turnout of several LAARK members (20) in addition to multiple guests (11). The event was well managed and our chief cat herder, Laird Lind (KC5LL) and his second Perry Schrag (N0PAS) did an excellent job of managing the multiple aspects of our operation. While our QSO count wasn't as high as we would have liked, operating as a team is what the goal was and it was accomplished with resounding success. Spreading the knowledge and goodness of ham radio is another aspect of what our club strives to achieve. The secondary and some would think the most important is the fantastic food served by Dale Haitt (KF5MAY). As always he never disappoints.
